Bike Registration
All bicycles on campus must be registered.
· The mandatory registration of bicycles on campus is free. When the Bike Registration form below is submitted online, a permit will be mailed to your listed address.
· UNC Larceny Reduction Unit offers educational programs aimed at improving bicycle security for the University Community. For information on a special offer from UNC Police in collaboration with UNC Student Stores to enhance bicycle safety and reduce the risk of bike larcenies, check out this offer of 50% off U-locks for Registered Bike Owners.· To take advantage of that offer, however, bike owners must register their bikes in person with the Department of Public Safety in the Public Safety Building on south campus.
