Triangle Transit Service Changes
Triangle Transit will have several changes beginning August 18, 2014. Routing and schedule changes will occur on routes 400, 800, CRX, and others. These service changes will also include expanded Saturday hours and Sunday hours. For details and maps visit www.triangletransit.org/aug2014.
Triangle Transit Fare Increases
Triangle Transit approved fare increases on June 25th for fixed route and paratransit services to help address the rising costs of operating these services. Let Someone Else Do the Driving
Check out these UNC vanpools to see if one matches your commute. Vanpool riders get to sleep, read, or just sit back and relax during their commute. Compare that to driving alone every day. Try it once, and you'll never want to leave!
Quickly and securely find carpools! Using your home and work addresses, you will be matched to nearby commuters with similar schedules (home addresses are never shared). When you receive your list of matches, you choose who to contact. There are no obligations or requirements. Learn more at UNC.ShareTheRideNC.org.
Don’t forget Zimride over the summer! Using Zimride to plan your next trip can save you money by sharing the ride. Wherever you need to go, Zimride is there: zimride.unc.edu.
